Morning routine – order and use
1. Hh
Use Hh as a moisturising serum every morning after cleansing in order to keep the skin as resilient as possible – and to feed new building blocks to the skin. After this, you continue with your own routine.
Consider the possible use of my Calm Face Cream as your day cream. This is a calming cream with added SPF30, and – as we are giving you a new and improved skin – it is of utmost importance to prevent DNA damage from the rays of the sun. This also applies on overcast days or in the winter.
Evening routine – order and use
1.Hh
Use Hh as a moisturising serum every evening after cleansing.
2. A-retinoid
Use as a serum every evening after cleansing. It makes the cells divide and generate new skin.
3. Repair Salve
Use Repair Salve as a night mask. In the evening the skin’s barrier is significantly weakened, and this means that you lose significantly more moisture at night. I therefore recomment the use of Repair onto the A-retinoid, in order that your skin uses its energy on generating new skin cells and new collagen (i.e. the removal of your scar tissue) instead of binding moisture.
Further treatment
Coffee Face Peel
Peel your face 3-4 times a week. We need to remove all the dead skin cells and increase the production of new skin cell, and Coffee Face Peel will help you with this.
Mint Scrub
Scrub your body 3-4 times a week with my Mint Scrub.
