Product information
Morning routine – order and use:
1. Cleansing Mask
Clean your skin with Cleansing Mask – you need not leave it for more than 30 seconds.
2. Ai
Dab Ai onto your skin and leave it to dry. It will sting for as long as the skin is open. If it is too hurtful, you may consider to add a little water. When you are not experiencing an outbreak of your psoriasis, you can boost your skin with extra minerals by adding a capful of Ai into your Cleansing Mask.
3. Hh
Apply Hh – it will bind moisture to your skin and keep it resilients, thus minimising the risk of chapped skin.
4. Repair Salve
Apply Repair Salve as the last stage of your morning routine. (It will be an advantage to mix 3 drops of vitamin E into your Repair Salve before application, as this will give a nicer healing without too many irritations).
If your psoriasis appear in your face, you can also choose to use Rich Face Cream or Calm Face Cream. Choose Calm, it you experience redness before or after an outbreak. Choose Rich, if all you need is lots of moisture and fat.
Evening routine – order and use:

Clean your skin with Cleansing Mask – all you need is to leave it for 30 seconds.
2. Ai
Dab Ai onto you skin and leave it to dry.
3. Hh
Apply Hh as the next stage of your evening routine.
4. Repair Salve
Finish by the application of Repair Salve.
Further treatment:
I recommend that, once a week, you take a long bath and, subsequently, gently peel your skin to remove the dead skin cells.
If your psoriasis is located on your body, I recommend that you use my Lavender Scrub as this will prevent inflammation. If your psoriasis appears in your face, I recommend my Coffee Face Peel.
