Morning routine – order and use
1. Cleansing Mask
To be used as a rinse every morning for a maximum of 30 seconds. Cleansing Mask will provide a mild rinse while adding vitamins and minerals to your skin.
2. Hh
Apply Hh as the first stage after rinse in order to bind the moisture to your skin and help it heas up, and form new, healthy skin cells.
3. Calm Face Cream
Apply Calm Face Cream as the last stage of your morning routine. This cream is particularly compounded for irritated skin, contact dermatitis, and perioral dermatitis. If you prefer the quite pure oils as opposed to day cream, I would recommend a mild rose-hip kernel oil – e.g. Rh.
Evening routine – order and use
1. Cleansing Mask
Use it for cleansing every evening – for a maximum of 30 seconds. It will also remove make-up.
2. Vitamin E & Repair Salve
Mix 3 drops of vitamin E together with a dollop of Repair Salve.. Vitamin E will help your skin to heal without too much irritation. Apply this mixture and leave it overnight. You may well look like a glazed Christmas ham, but believe me: I will be worth the trouble when you discover how it helps your skin!
