Product information
Morning routine – order and use
1. Ai
Is used as a tonic – dab it on and leave it to dry.
2. Hh
When Ai has dried, apply a thin layer of Hh.
3. Mdh
Apply Mdh in order to dissolve the clogged hair follicles. This may sting a little.
Finnish with a good and fat cream to retain the moisture and add fatty substance. You can for instance use my Hand & Body Lotion.
Note: In the summer sun protection is very important as the rays of the sun will worsen Keratosis Pilaris.
Evening routine – order and use
1. Ai
Used as a tonic – dab it on and leave to dry.
2. Hh
When Ai has dried, you add a thin layer of Hh.
3. Mdh
Apply Mdh to dissolve the clogged hair follicles. It may sting a little.
4. A-retinoid
Apply A retionid for further dissolution of the clogging.
5. Repair Salve
Finally, apply Repair Salve to bind all layer of moisture and vitamins to the skin. Yes, it is greasy, but believe me – it works.
Further treatment
Orange Peeling
Peel the affected area every time you take a bath. Place a teaspoonful peeling on a facecloth or in the hand and then massage the area to remove the dead skin cells.
A retinoid 5% 30ml
